Are you paying attention to a healthy lifestyle and wondering what you should enrich your diet with? We suggest what to support yourself with and how to change your habits.
Nowadays many people struggle with chronic fatigue, which is often the result of an irregular lifestyle, too little sleep or excessive stress. An important part of dealing with this problem is taking care of adequate rest. This primarily concerns sleep hygiene, which includes:
– a regular lifestyle, including consistent times to fall asleep and get up,
– not using smartphones and other devices that emit blue light at least one hour before bedtime,
– taking up daily outdoor activities whenever possible – these may include walking or sports,
– avoiding caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least six hours before bedtime,
– getting seven to nine hours of restful, uninterrupted sleep.
However, remember that rest also includes regular physical activity, which allows your body to reset after being sedentary for long periods of time or doing repetitive work. It’s also important to take care of your mental rest and give yourself the space to pursue your passions or simply “do nothing.”
Fatigue can also have more serious causes, which are deficiencies of certain vitamins and elements. In this case, it is worth investing in supplements for fatigue. If you want to find out if your body has any deficiencies, do diagnostic tests. Remember also that supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet – their role is to support your body.
If you are a person who catches a cold at least several times a year, and every inappropriate choice of clothing for the weather ends in a runny nose and a cough, you should certainly start supporting your immunity. Vitamin D3 is particularly important for the body in the formation of immunity – it not only stimulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, strengthening bone tissue, prevents anemia, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and allergies, but also stimulates the immune system
The human body is able to produce vitamin D3, but needs sunlight to do so. Unfortunately, due to the geographical location of Poland, appropriate length and angle of sunlight is present only from April to September. In these months it is recommended to stay outside at least 15 minutes a day between 10:00 and 15:00, remembering to uncover about 18% of the body surface.
During the remaining months it is worth to get supplements for immunity containing vitamin D3, remembering that they are an addition to a varied diet, not a substitute for it.
Perhaps you carefully monitor your diet and notice deficiencies of certain micronutrients or vitamins, which you are not able to supplement – you have no idea how to do it, you do not have enough room for an extra meal within the caloric framework or you simply do not know where else to get them from. In such moments the following products come to your aid supplement kits. Depending on your gender, age and physical activity you may need different support – supplements accompanied by a proper diet are perfect to provide it.
